Our client and joint venture partner approached the Vanmark Group as his parents were clients of Vanmark Financial Services.
The property is a derelict Georgian Villa and former Vicarage situated on the shore of Hinksey Lake.
We are assisting with the design and project build for 1 or 2 dwellings incorporating the restoration and saving of the existing Georgian façade, but with adding an ultra-modern glass and stone extension.
We are planning to start construction in early 2024 subject to approval.
