The development

Our client (owner of the land) approached us to explore options for development on his land. The site covers roughly 4.39 acres and has bodies clearly defined by mature trees and mixed vegetation. The current dwelling is a small bungalow with a selection of outbuildings that seem dwarfed by the scale of the surrounding land. The site would appear ideal for redevelopment and we are exploring the opportunity of building three detached luxury properties.
