The development

Byron Gardens is a development of two 5-bedroom detached chalet bungalows, set within a ½ acre plot with a long private drive, and built using the latest energy-efficient methods.

The plot was originally a storage depot for the US Airforce estate in Bicester, it had lain derelict and overgrown for more than 20 years before being acquired for development.
